BISTRO PROUDLY SERVES AUTHENTIC JAPANESE KOBE BEEF
There is nothing like the real thing. The Bistro proudly offers a truly memorable opportunity to enjoy Kobe beef filet mignon imported directly from Japan. There are places in the area that sell beef from the Kobe breed raised in the United States—most often referred to as Wagyu. However, only a select few places in the country dare to import the real thing—a delicacy worshiped in Japan. To create the ultimate beef, Kobe cattle are raised slowly and carefully using a time-honored process, including a feed of organic grains and sake mash and an occasional massage to relieve muscle stress. This process produces succulent marbling of the beef with a naturally healthier fat content. This beef is truly the best of the best

The Bald Headed Bistro has been named a Wine Spectator Award-Winning Restaurant for 2007
Wine Spectator, the publication that has become recognized as one of the world’s foremost wine authorities, selects award winners based on several criteria. The restaurant must offer a wine list that is:
·Interesting,
·An enhancement to the cuisine being served, and
·Appealing to a broad range of wine lovers.
The Bistro’s wine list was chosen because of its balanced offering from quality wineries, along with an appropriate match to the menu in price and style. Included on the list of nearly 200 vintages are wines from California, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Chile, New Zealand, Spain, and Argentina. In addition, the restaurant periodically holds special wine tasting dinners, featuring selections chosen from one outstanding winery. |
